TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1985No. 123, 1985 - SECT 10

10. Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1A) "the definition of 'officer' in
subsection (1)" and substituting "this section"; and

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (4) (c).
