TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1985No. 123, 1985 - SECT 11

11. Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting from sub-paragraph (g) (ii) "or" (last occurring); and

   (b)  by adding at the end of paragraph (g) the following word and
        sub-paragraph:

"or (iv) a society, association or club established for the encouragement or
promotion of animal races;".
