TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 88 of 1976 - SECT 13

13. Section 111 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from the
definition of ''Australian flag shipping operator'' in sub-section (1) the
words ''a law of Australia'' and substituting the words ''a law of the
Commonwealth''.
