TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 88 of 1976 - SECT 14

14. Section 140 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub- section (1)
and substituting the following sub-section:-

''(1) For the purpose of proceedings before the Court for an offence against
this Part, the references in paragraph 163 (4) (b) to the Minister shall be
read as references to the Minister administering this Part.''.
