TRADE PRACTICES REVISION ACT 1986 No. 17 of 1986 - SECT 71

71. Section 163 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting sub-section (4) and substituting the following
        sub-section:

"(4) Proceedings before the Court in accordance with this section, other than
proceedings instituted by the Commission or by a person authorised in writing
by the Commission, shall not be instituted except with the consent in writing
of the Minister or of a person authorised by the Minister, by writing, to give
such consents."; and
(b) by inserting in sub-section (5) "or 155" after "section 118".
