TRADE PRACTICES REVISION ACT 1986 No. 17 of 1986 - SECT 72

72. Section 165 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (2) (a) "a declaration under section 50A or"
before "a determination"; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (6) and substituting the following
        sub-section:

"(6) A copy of a declaration under section 50A or a determination of, or
undertaking given to, the Tribunal, certified to be a true copy under the hand
of the Registrar or of a Deputy Registrar, shall be received in all courts as
evidence of the declaration, determination or undertaking.".
