TRADEX SCHEME ACT 1999 - SECT 49
Regulations
The Governor-General may make regulations prescribing all matters:
- (a)
- required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or
- (b)
- necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect
to this Act;
including regulations about:
- (c)
- how applications, requests or notices under this Act are to be made or
given to or lodged with the Secretary or an authorised officer; and
- (d)
- how notices or other documents under this Act are to be given by the
Secretary or an authorised officer.
