(1)

The Regulator must, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, prepare and give to the Commonwealth Minister a report on the operation of the WELS scheme during the year.

(2)

The Minister must cause a copy of the report:

(a) to be tabled in each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of the day on which the report is given to the Minister; and
(b) to be given to each participating State and Territory.
