WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 (NO. 137, 2011) - SECT 193

                   The person to whom an improvement notice is issued must comply with the notice within the period specified in the notice.

Penalty:

                     (a)  In the case of an individual--$50 000.

                     (b)  In the case of a body corporate--$250 000.
