WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 (NO. 137, 2011) - SECT 45

                   A person must comply with the conditions of any authorisation given to that person under the regulations.

Penalty:

                     (a)  In the case of an individual--$20 000.

                     (b)  In the case of a body corporate--$100 000.
