WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 (NO. 137, 2011) - SECT 78

                   A health and safety committee must meet:

                     (a)  at least once every 3 months; and

                     (b)  at any reasonable time at the request of at least half of the members of the committee.
