Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) Legislation that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms.
(2) The amendment of the Basin Plan 2012 under subsection (1) does not prevent the Murray-Darling Basin Authority from preparing an amendment of the Basin Plan 2012 , as so amended, under section 23B or 45 of the Water Act 2007 .
