WHEAT MARKETING AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 82 of 1986 - SECT 12

12. Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting after paragraph (2) (b) the following paragraph:

"(ba) the receipts and outgoings during that season of any company in which
the Board holds shares pursuant to an approval given under paragraph 5a (2)
(a) shall be treated in such manner as the Minister determines;"; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-paragraph (2) (d) (i).
