WHEAT MARKETING AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 82 of 1986 - SECT 13

Final payment for wheat of season other than last 2 seasons 
13. Section 27 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by adding at the end of sub-paragraph (2) (a) (i) "and";

   (b)  by omitting sub-paragraph (2) (a) (iii); and

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (9) "sub-paragraphs (2) (a) (ii) and
        (iii)" and substituting "sub-paragraph (2) (a) (ii)".
