WHEAT MARKETING AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 82 of 1986 - SECT 14

14. Section 30 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraphs (3) (c) and (d) and substituting the following
        word and paragraph:

"and (c) the net pool return for that season were reduced by an amount (if
any) equal to the amount, or the sum of the amounts, deducted by the Board
from the disposal of wheat of that season and paid into a reserve account
under section 7."; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (6) "paragraphs (3) (c) and (d)" and
        substituting "paragraph (3) (c)".
