45. For the purposes of subsection 93 (1) of the Code (which deals with
restricted chemical products), a chemical product specified in Column 2 of
Schedule 4 is declared to be a restricted chemical product, the NRA having
certified in writing, in respect of the product, under subsection 93 (2) of
the Code, that it is in the public interest for the product to be so declared.
