respect of that aircraft, plan to land that aircraft at the Aerodrome during a
curfew period.
(2) Where an aircraft that is so equipped as to enable it to use reverse

in which the aircraft so landed, lodge with the Secretary or an authorised
officer a reverse thrust return containing such information as is required by
this regulation in respect of that aircraft in respect of that landing.
Penalty: $500.
(3) In a reverse thrust return in respect of an aircraft the operator of that
aircraft must set out the time and date of each landing of that aircraft at
the Aerodrome during a curfew period in the relevant month, together with
particulars of the aircraft sufficient to identify it and its engine type, and
must state whether reverse thrust greater than idle reverse thrust was used on
any such landing by the aircraft.
(4) Where reverse thrust greater than idle reverse thrust was used by an
aircraft on landing at the Aerodrome during the curfew period, the operator of
that aircraft must, in the reverse thrust return, give reasons for its use.
(5) Where, during a curfew period, an aircraft uses reverse thrust greater
than idle reverse thrust at or in the vicinity of the Aerodrome, the pilot in
command of that aircraft must use the minimum reverse thrust necessary for the
safe operation of that aircraft.
