1989 No. 354 AIR NAVIGATION (AERODROME CURFEW) REGULATIONS - REG 12

Unauthorised landing or taking off
12.(1) Where, during a curfew period, an aircraft takes off from, or lands at,
the Aerodrome in contravention of these Regulations, the Secretary or an
authorised officer may, by notice served on the operator, prohibit that
aircraft, or any aircraft operated by the operator, from landing at, or taking
off from, the Aerodrome during a period, or during a number of periods, not
exceeding a total of 52 weeks in duration, specified in the notice.

(2) A notice under subregulation (1) must set out the grounds for the decision
upon which the notice is based.

(3) Where the period, or the total of the periods, specified in a notice under
subregulation (1) exceeds 7 days, application may be made to the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of the decision in respect of which
the notice is made.
(4) In subregulation (2) "decision" has the same meaning as in the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975.
