1990 No. 443 AUSTUDY REGULATIONS - REG 20
Evidence of value of assets
20. (1) A statement in writing about the value of an asset from the Australian
Valuation Office is prima facie evidence of its value.
(2) The statement is taken to be signed by the person shown on it unless it is
proved otherwise.
