1990 No. 443 AUSTUDY REGULATIONS - REG 21

21. (1) A student cannot get AUSTUDY if he or she qualifies for benefit for
education or vocational training from the Commonwealth or a Commonwealth
authority.

(2) A student can still get AUSTUDY even if he or she qualifies for:

   (a)  benefit from an educational institution; or

   (b)  benefit as a child of a victim of a natural disaster or an industrial
        accident; or

   (c)  services provided by the Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service.
