1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 124

Application of Division in relation to state aircraft 
124. Subregulation 3 (5) does not affect the application of this Division to
and in relation to:

   (a)  state aircraft which may be in need of search and rescue assistance;
        or

   (b)  the search for a missing state aircraft or rescue of its crew or
        passengers.
