1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 148

148. (1) An aircraft shall not be operated in a negligent manner or in a
reckless manner so as to be likely to endanger life or the property of others.

(2) An aircraft shall not be flown in such a manner or in such circumstances
as is or are likely to cause avoidable danger to any person or property
(including animals) on land or water or in the air.
