1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 179
Approved instrument approach procedures to be used
179. Unless otherwise authorised by Air Traffic Control, the pilot in command
of an aircraft when conducting an I.F.R. flight shall follow the
instrument approach procedures approved in respect of the aerodromes used.
