1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 23
Notification in respect of types of aircraft etc.
23. The Authority may notify in Civil Aviation Orders that, before a
certificate of airworthiness is issued in respect of an aircraft of a type
specified in the notice or in respect of an aircraft in which is fitted an
aircraft component of a type specified in the notice, a certificate of type
approval issued under regulation 22 in respect of the type of aircraft or
aircraft component, as the case may be, will be required to be in force.
