1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 279

Insurance of aircraft 
279. For the purposes of subsection 81 (2) of the Act, the following persons
are prescribed:

   (a)  the Authority;

   (b)  a person who, in the opinion of an authorised person, has a security
        interest in the aircraft;

   (c)  the owner of the aircraft.
