28. (1) Where an aircraft is to be exported from Australia, the Authority may
issue an export certificate of airworthiness, in accordance with such form as
the Authority considers appropriate in the circumstances of the case, in
respect of the aircraft.

(2) An export certificate of airworthiness is not a certificate of
airworthiness for the purposes of these Regulations.
