27. Where a direction in respect of a certificate of airworthiness of an
aircraft under regulation 25 or a notification of a suspension or cancellation
of a certificate of airworthiness of an aircraft under regulation 26 has been
served by post on the owner or operator of the aircraft, or has otherwise been
brought to his or her attention, the owner or operator shall use his or her
best endeavours to ensure that the direction or the fact that the certificate
of airworthiness has been suspended or cancelled, as the case may be, is
brought to the attention of any person who is likely to fly, or likely to
issue a maintenance release for, the aircraft.
