74. (1) The Authority may, by notification published in Civil Aviation Orders,
determine the publications (if any) that are appropriate for use by a holder
of a specified class of licence under this Part.

(2) The holder of a licence under this Part that is in force shall, when doing
any act authorised by the licence, possess those publications (if any) that
the Authority has, under subregulation (1), determined as being appropriate
for use by a holder of the class of licence in which the licence is included.
