1991 No. 487 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 36

36. In this Part:

"amended regulations" means the Civil Aviation Regulations as amended by these
Regulations;

"commencement" means the commencement of these Regulations;

"previous regulations" means the Civil Aviation Regulations as in force
immediately before the commencement;

"transitional period" means the period of 6 months starting at the
commencement.
