37. (1) Subject to subregulation (2), subregulation 30 (2C) of the amended
regulations applies to certificates of approval whether granted before or
after the commencement.

(2) Paragraphs 30 (2C) (b) and (d) of the amended regulations do not apply to
a certificate of approval granted before the commencement until the
transitional period has ended.
