1991 No. 487 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 38

38. A document:

   (a)  that was issued by the Authority before the commencement as a
        maintenance authority, a welding authority, an aircraft maintenance
        engineer examiner authority, a non-destructive testing authority or an
        aircraft weight control authority; and

   (b)  that was in force immediately before the commencement; has effect
        after the commencement as if it were an authority of that kind issued
        under regulation 33B of the amended regulations.
