1995 No. 224 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 37

37.1. The notes appearing in Divisions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 16
of Part 5 of the Civil Aviation Regulations and listing the defined terms
used in those Divisions are amended by omitting "CAA flying operations
inspector" and substituting " CASA flying operations inspector" in each case.

37.2 The notes relating to, or appearing immediately below, each of the
following provisions of the Civil Aviation Regulations are amended by omitting

"the Authority" (wherever occurring) and substituting "CASA":

   (a)  regulations 5.08 and 5.60;

   (b)  subregulations 5.51 (1), 5.81 (7), 5.85 (6), 5.91 (7), 5.99 (7), 5.108
        (7), 5.112 (4), 5.116 (4), 5.124 (7), 5.133 (7), 5.154 (7), 5.159 (4),
        5.161 (4), 5.169 (7),5.173 (6), 5.178 (7), 5.182 (4), 5.192 (2), 5.193
        (3), 6.03 (1) and 298A (4).

37.3 The notes relating to, or appearing immediately below, each of the
following provisions of the Civil Aviation Regulations are omitted:
