- (1)
- Notification to the Commonwealth of payments of levy received as agent for
the Commonwealth must:
- (a)
- be given for each period of 6 months ending on
31 December and 30 June; and
- (b)
- be given in writing to:
- (i)
- the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration; or
- (ii)
- another officer of that Department notified in writing by the Secretary
to the receiver of the levy; and
- (c)
- set out the total of the levies (if any) that became payable in the
period; and
- (d)
- set out the total of the levies (if any) received in the period; and
- (e)
- be given no later than 2 weeks after the end of the period.

- In subregulation (1):
"levy" means a levy mentioned in section 902, 904, 938, 940, 941, 1234 or
1235 of the Act.
Chapter 8 The futures industry
