CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 7.15.01

Notification about payment of levies
(1)
Notification to the Commonwealth of payments of levy received as agent for the Commonwealth must:

(a)
be given for each period of 6 months ending on 31 December and 30 June; and

(b)
be given in writing to:

(i)
the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration; or
(ii)
another officer of that Department notified in writing by the Secretary to the receiver of the levy; and
(c)
set out the total of the levies (if any) that became payable in the period; and

(d)
set out the total of the levies (if any) received in the period; and

(e)
be given no later than 2 weeks after the end of the period.

(2)
In subregulation (1):

"levy" means a levy mentioned in section 902, 904, 938, 940, 941, 1234 or 1235 of the Act.
