1994 No. 179 COMMONWEALTH SERUM LABORATORIES REGULATIONS (REPEAL) - REG 1

1.1 These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 3 June 1994, being the
sale day.

1.2 For the purposes of subsection 48 (1) of the CSL Sale Act 1993, it is
declared that the Governor-General is satisfied that these Regulations are
connected with the sale of the CSL.

1.3 In this Regulation, "sale day" and "CSL' have the same meanings
respectively as in the CSL Sale Act 1993.
