1985 No. 128 DEFENCE FORCE DISCIPLINE RULES - RULE 30

30. (1) An accused person who has been sent a list of exhibits in accordance
with rule 29 shall, on application by that person to the relevant convening
authority, be permitted by the convening authority to inspect and to copy any
exhibit.

(2) The convening authority shall cause proper precautions to be taken for the
safety of the exhibits during any inspection under sub-rule (1).
(3) In this rule, "relevant convening authority" means the convening authority
who caused the list of exhibits referred to in sub-rule (1) to be sent to the
accused person.
