PART IV-PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE
30. In this Part-

"applicant" means a person who has made an application in respect of which a
person has given notice of opposition;

"notice of opposition" means notice of opposition to the restoration of the
registration of a design referred to in sub-section 27B (3) of the Act and

"opposition of which notice has been given" has a corresponding meaning;

"opponent" means a person who has given notice of opposition.
