6. Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following
regulation substituted: Rates of charge

"6. For the purposes of section 7 of the Act:

   (a)  in relation to the registration of an establishment specified in
        Column 2 of one item in the Schedule, the rate of charge is the rate,
        per prescribed month, specified in Column 3 of the item; and

   (b)  in relation to the registration of an establishment specified in
        Column 2 in more than one item in the Schedule, the rate of charge is
        the higher or highest of the rates, per prescribed month, specified in
        Column 3 of any of those items.".
