1986 No. 150 FUTURES INDUSTRY REGULATIONS - REG 16

Authentication of record of interview at examination
16. (1) For the purposes of sub-section 27 (3) of the Act, a written record of
a statement made at an examination under Division 2 of Part II of the Act may
be authenticated-

   (a)  by a certificate in writing given under the hand of-

        (i)    the person who prepared the record; or

        (ii)   the person under whose supervision the record was prepared,
certifying that the record is a true transcript of the record of examination;
or

   (b)  by any person present at the examination, or at any part of the
        examination, signing that person's own name at the bottom of each page
        of the record or, as the case may be, at the bottom of each page of
        that part of the record which records the part of the examination at
        which that person was present.

(2) In this Regulation, a reference to a statement made at an examination
includes a reference to a question asked, an answer given, or any other
comment or remark made, at the examination.
