1996 No. 316 FISHING LEVY (ALL FISHERIES) REGULATIONS - REG 5.02

5.02. (1) For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy prescribed for a
GABTF fishing right is, for each financial year for which the fishing right is
in force, $8,550. [NOTE: The amount proposed as the research component of the
levy amount is $989.30.]

(2) For subregulation (1), if a fishing right is in force for a period that is
not a whole number of financial years, a part of the period that is not a
whole financial year is taken to be a whole financial year.
