1996 No. 316 FISHING LEVY (ALL FISHERIES) REGULATIONS - REG 5.03

5.03. (1) For section 110 of the Management Act, levy for a GABTF fishing
right must be paid:

   (a)  for the first financial year of the fishing right - on the grant of
        the fishing right; and

   (b)  for each financial year of the fishing right after the first year -
        on, or before, 23 January in the year.

(2) For subregulation (1), if the fishing right is in force for a period that
is not a whole number of financial years, a part of the period that is not a
whole financial year is taken to be a whole financial year.
