1984 No. 139 FAMILY LAW REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 143 of the Family Law Regulations is repealed and the following
regulation substituted: Countries with restricted reciprocity

"143. The following countries are declared to be countries with restricted
reciprocity for the purposes of section 110 of the Act: Alaska Alberta
Arkansas British Columbia California Connecticut Cook Islands (including Niue)
Cyprus Delaware Florida Gibraltar Hong Kong India Indiana Kentucky Louisiana
Maine Malta Maryland Massachusetts Michigan Missouri Montana Newfoundland New
Brunswick New Mexico New York Northwest Territories Nova Scotia Oklahoma
Oregon Pennsylvania Prince Edward Island South Africa (excluding Namibia)
South Dakota Tennessee Texas Virginia Western Samoa Wisconsin Yukon.".
