1984 No. 139 FAMILY LAW REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3
Certain orders to be provisional only
3. Regulation 153 of the Family Law Regulations is amended by inserting after
sub-regulation (1) the following sub-regulation:
"(1A) A provisional order in accordance with sub-regulation (1) may be made
notwithstanding the fact that the respondent has not been served with the
application to the court and has not consented to the order proposed in the
application.".
