1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 23 RULE 8

8. Service of a document in proceedings in accordance with sub-rule 7 (1)
shall be deemed not to have been effected on an infirm person unless the court
is satisfied, by affidavit of the person on whom service is actually effected,
or otherwise-

   (a)  that the nature and contents of the documents served were brought to
        the notice of the infirm person;

   (b)  that the infirm person could not comprehend the nature and contents of
        the documents served; or

   (c)  that to bring to the attention of the infirm person the nature and
        content of the documents served would be injurious to, and why it
        would be injurious to, the infirm person.
