1988 No. 46 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 8

Statement or affidavit of financial circumstances 
8. Rule 2 of Order 17 of the Family Law Rules is amended:
(a) by omitting from subparagraph (d) (iv) "of the marriage" (wherever
occurring);

   (b)  by omitting from subparagraph (d) (x) "spouse, or former spouse, of
        the deponent," and substituting "other party,"; and

   (c)  by omitting from subparagraph (d) (xi) "spouse, or former spouse, of
the deponent" and substituting "other party".
