1988 No. 9 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 10

10. Rule 15 of Order 38 of the Family Law Rules is amended by omitting
paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting the following paragraphs and words:

"(a) in the case of appeal proceedings in a Full Court-the briefing of counsel
to appear in the proceedings had been requested in writing by that party; or

   (b)  in the case of proceedings other than those referred to in paragraph
        (a)-the briefing of counsel to appear in the proceedings;

        (i)    was certified by the court as having been reasonably required;
               or

        (ii)   had been requested in writing by that party;
and the fees are in any case fair and reasonable.".
