1988 No. 9 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 9

9. Rule 10 of Order 38 of the Family Law Rules is amended by omitting
paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:

"(b) work done for those proceedings by a clerk of that solicitor or of the
partner of that solicitor, being work in respect of a matter specified in
Column 2 of an item in Schedule 2 (other than item 2, 8, 9 or 10) shall be
charged for at the rate of 65% of the charge applicable in relation to work in
respect of that matter in accordance with Column 3 of that item in that
Schedule.".
