1989 No. 175 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 13

13. Rules 15 and 16 of Order 15 of the Family Law Rules are repealed and the
following rule is substituted: Filing of affidavits

"15. Except as these Rules otherwise provide or the court otherwise directs:

   (a)  an affidavit shall not be filed except in an interim or interlocutory
        application; and

   (b)  an affidavit that is filed for the purposes of such an application
        shall not be received in evidence except in relation to that
        application.".
