12.1 Omit the rule, substitute: Answer and cross application

"15. Where the respondent to an application in proceedings seeks orders
relating to a cause of action other than the cause or causes of action
contained in the application, the respondent shall file an answer responding
to the application and a cross application pleading the new cause of action in
accordance with Form 7A.".
