13. Order 11, rule 16 (Reply)

13.1 Omit subrule 16 (1), substitute:

"(1) An applicant in proceedings may reply to:

   (a)  an answer and cross application by filing a reply and answer to the
        cross application in accordance with Form 7B; or

   (b)  an answer by filing a reply in accordance with Form 7C.".
