1990 No. 474 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 14

14.1 After Order 11, rule 17, insert: New cause of action

"17A. In proceedings, other than proceedings for principal relief, where:

   (a)  an applicant; or

   (b)  a respondent who has filed a cross application; seeks an order
        relating to a cause of action other than the cause or causes of action
        contained in the application or cross application then the order shall
        be sought by way of amendment to the application or cross application,
        as the case may be, in accordance with Division 4 of this Order.".
